Shipping & Guarantees

Arius Tile guarantees Customer Satisfaction. If not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return prepaid to Arius Tile for a full refund or exchange. Exchanges will be shipped at no cost to customer.

Shipping Costs for within the United States & Canada:

• We ship via UPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Just pick your method. Most folks use regular ground service, but expedited is available for those rush needs.
• If you purchase within New Mexico, we will add 6.69% NM Gross Receipts Tax.
• Arius ships via UPS to Street Addresses only - no PO Boxes.
• Arius guarantees all shipments against breakage. If any items are received damaged, contact us immediately upon receipt for instructions.

For shipments to Europe, Asia, Central and South America:

• We use USPS, Airmail Parcel Post. We will have calculations on our web site soon. In the meantime, just checkout and we will notify you via e mail of the shipping cost before charging your credit card.

Each Arius tile is individually glazed by a Master Craftsperson. The glazed tile is then baked in our kilns to almost 1800 F. The glaze melts and transforms into a glass-like substance. This process is an art, not a science. As a result, no two pieces are ever identical. All have minor changes in tone, color and line weight. You might even find some flashing, pitting or spotting. This is inherent in hand-crafted, glazed and fired tiles. This gives your Arius tile its own unique character.
